Grapes: Pinot Auxerrois (50%) Pinot Gris (50%). Pinot Auxerrois from 35 year old vines on a new parcel in Saint Hippolyte on clay-granite. Pinot Gris from 25 year old vines on the granite of Grand Cru Schlossberg (Kaysersberg).

Vinification: Direct press Pinot Auxerrois into fibreglass. Whole bunch maceration for seven days in fibreglass for the Pinot Gris. Pinot Auxerrois juice goes into the tank of Pinot Gris for 3 days. All pressed and put into two barrels, one 220 litre and one 600 litre, for six months on the lees. Bottled April 2023.
