Still Red / Loire / Vin de France
Grapes: Gamay, Grolleau Noir, Cabernet Franc from 80-100 year old vines in Montrelais on a unique terroir called poudingue/pudding d’Ingrandes.
Vinification: Harvest mid-September 2022 for Gamay and Grolleau and one week later for Cabernet Franc. Whole bunch Gamay goes into epoxy tank then joined three days later by whole bunch Grolleau. After another four days, grapes are pressed then transferred to epoxy tank. Infusion of whole bunch Cabernet Franc in the Gamay/Grolleau juice for 10 days. Pressed and into epoxy until bottling in Spring 2023.
Fining: No Filtering: No Added SO2: No Production: 250 cases ABV: 12%
