Grapes: Grenache Noir (55%), Carignan Noir (25%), Lledoner Pelut (20%). All from Calce on schist. Old vine (70 years old) Carignan and 40 year old vines of Grenache and Lledoner.

Vinification: Grenache and Lledoner are put whole bunch together for ten days in fibreglass tanks. Pressed, then put into sandstone amphora (2⁄3) and neutral barrel (1⁄3) until April 2023. Old vine Carignan is de-stemmed and put into fibreglass tanks for three weeks with the occasional crushing by foot. All blended in April 2023, and put into sandstone amphora and neutral barrel again for a few months until bottling in July 2023.

Fining: No Filtering: No Added SO2: Yes Production: 140 cases ABV: 13%
