Grapes: Grenache N (90%) Cinsault (10%). Both from 50 year old vines near Richerences.
Vinification: Grenache put into stainless steel tanks for 21 days - 70% destemmed/crushed and 30% whole bunch. After pressing, 40% goes into kvevri, while the rest goes into neutral barrel, both for around eight months. Cinsault goes into kvevri for seven months for fermentation and ageing. The Cinsault is pressed and blended with the Grenache. Bottled June 2021.
