Grapes: Gamay, 10 year old vines from a half hectare parcel in Blacé on rich clay soils. Doesn’t work the soils, just cuts the grass/weeds. Vines were AB-farmed for 20 years but certification only requested in 2020. AB from 2023 vintage.
Vinification: Hand harvested first week of September 2022. Put into fibreglass for 11 days semi-carbo. Lightly crushed before going into fibreglass tank. Basket press, then eight months back in fibreglass until bottling in May 2023.
Fining: No Filtering: No Added SO2: No Production: 65 cases ABV: 13%
