Grapes: Gamay, 70 years old from a 0.75 ha parcel on blue stone/diorite at 1600 ft around Lantignié. Same parcel of vines to make Alpha 2022.

Vinification: Hand picked first week in September. Whole bunch (70%) and de-stemmed (30%). All together in 6000 litre concrete tanks, millefeuille style, for 10 days. Pressed manually by basket. Free run and pressed juice are blended and aged for seven months in fibreglass tank. Soutirage in winter. Bottled March 2023.
